Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unburned, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or burned candles
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us before requesting a return.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Your item must still be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
